I’ve been there. I know what it’s like to feel not good enough, feel fatigue, undeserving of confidence, no matter how much I would help those around me, I was never helping myself. Taking care of everyone around me except myself.
My role model wasn’t the best to follow growing up, which led me to binge drinking, binge eating, cycling through diets trying to lose the same 10 pounds…
When I became a mom in 2020, my entire perspective changed on how to fill up my cup. I was pouring daily out of an empty cup, trying to be the best mom and best wife I could be, but I knew I needed to be the best mom I could be, so that meant things had to change on how I took care of myself.
To be able to take care of her, I needed to be a role model to her to show her that taking care of yourself HELPS you take care of others around. Makes you a better person and not be so drained and exhausted all of the time.
By taking care of yourself first, it improves your mental health. You aren’t so anxious and depressed all of the time with every small task you have left in your day. You actually have the energy to give to those you care about.
That’s why I designed the Full Cup program, to help you and help others by filling your cup up through health and fitness.
